1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this website and any script, application or digital product purchased from ORKEN AI (PRIVATE) LIMITED ("ORKEN", "we", "us"). By accessing the site, creating an account or completing a purchase you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

ORKEN sells ready-made web application scripts delivered as a downloadable ZIP package containing source code, a database file and installation documentation. Product descriptions state what is included; if you are unsure whether a product meets your requirements, contact us before purchasing.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to complete a purchase, so that your files and order history remain available to you. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

4. Orders, Pricing and Payment

All payments are processed by our authorised third-party payment provider, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction. Prices are displayed in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise. We do not receive or store your full payment credentials at any point.

• You will be shown the total payable before confirming your order.
• An emailed receipt is issued for every completed purchase.
• Billing enquiries and payment disputes are handled together with the payment provider.

5. License

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each purchase grants a non-exclusive licence to install and use the product on one production domain. You may modify the source code for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the source code, whether modified or unmodified.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility and the request procedure are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, eligible buyers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our products or this website to breach any applicable law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or to other users' accounts.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the products, website content, designs and trademarks remain with ORKEN AI (PRIVATE) LIMITED or its licensors, save for the limited licence granted to you upon purchase.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

Products are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total aggregate liability arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
